Responsibilities of Estate with regards to plumbing/Leakage issues



1. Resident is to lay his/her complaint to the Estate Office

2. The Estate plumber is to investigate the affected flat and give report to the Estate Manager

3. Estate Manager is to work with the report from the plumber by communicating to the Resident/Landlord/flat causing leak

4. Estate Manager is to give report back to the complainant as regards the flat causing leaks

5. Estate Manager is to liaise on behalf of both parties against physical altercations if need be.

6. Contact details can be shared when applicable if requested 

7. Estate Manager needs to follow up before and after fixing is done

Note: Estate is not responsible to fix internal leakage issues affecting any resident.
